General Membership:
General membership may be held by an individual who devotes the majority of his/her efforts to the administration of a medical group. General members have CMGMA voting rights.

Allied membership may be held by any individual who devotes the majority of his/her efforts to the administration of an allied professional (non-physician) group. Allied members do not have CMGMA voting rights.

Affiliate Membership:
Affiliate membership may be held by persons with interests in the purpose of CMGMA. Affiliate members do not have CMGMA voting rights.

Student Membership:
Not working full-time in a medical practice or physician management group and enrolled in an accredited school. Attach Student ID information.

Individual Membership: Entitles one person to enjoy CMGMA benefits.
Company Membership: Provides the opportunity for three (3) employees from the same company to use CMGMA benefits. Each company representative receives full membership benefits. To add additional members to this category see fee schedule above. You must enroll a minimum of three (3) members to be eligible for this category.
