Join us for our first program of 2012 where we will be joined by Max Reiboldt of the Coker Group. During our morning session, Mr. Reiboldt will present “Strategizing and Succeeding in an Accountable Care World." This program will provide an overview of the ACO regulations released by CMS, highlighting current alignment trends, payment models, long term strategic decisions and keys to success of an ACO.
In the afternoon, our speaker is Robert Burke, Esq., a Simsbury, CT based attorney who will present, "Labor and Employment Update and Primer on Progressive HR." He will focus on recent changes in Employment Law and HR in the current economy.
