Join us for our Annual "Healthcare Year in Review".  This meeting is designed to give practice managers an update on important laws, regulations, and initiatives that impact the daily operations of your practice.  Back by popular demand will be Jennifer Cox who provides a legal round up including new case law; new legislation and regulations affecting medical practices; and a discussion of possible new laws for the 2010 legislative session.  

In the afternoon, Rosemarie Nelson will present "HITECH Action Plan: Optimize your EHR Implementation for Success".  You will learn how best to transition your practice to meaningful use of an electronic health record (EHR). Whether you’ve already got an EHR or you’re in the selection process, identify the steps you need to take to best meet your practice’s requirements and qualify your physicians for the maximum stimulus incentives. Key issues such as transitioning workflow to meet meaningful use objectives, managing change in your practice, and setting realistic expectations and goals will include lessons learned from the field.

Join us for our 2010 Annual Meeting and November Educational Program where we will elect new officers, conduct our Annual Business Meeting and welcome Lee Ann Webster, MA, CPA, FACMPE and Frederic R. Simmons, Jr., CPA, CMPE who will present "Improving Practice Profitability through Cost Management and Financial Analysis."
